The Motivational Map is a self-awareness tool that allows us to assess what motivates the individual and/or team, how well it is currently satisfied, and discuss the steps to take to fulfill it. Motivated individuals are happier and can accomplish their tasks with less energy consumption. It helps achieve success in the following areas:

The Motivational Map is a tool created by James Sale to measure motivation. Based on his research in the field of human motivation, he identified nine individual motivational factors, which are categorized into three main groups:
